Seeing as we are an appointment only spa, we suggest booking as soon as possible. To ensure you receive all the spa treatments you want, when you want, booking ahead is always a way to be sure that happens. Although we understand last minute changes happen, so we usually have some “day of” availability. Call our office to check the availability for today, tomorrow, and beyond!
As the best spa in Rock Hill SC, we have highly trained and knowledgeable staff. They can help direct you in the right direction to determine what spa service is right for you. For example, if you book a facial, but you aren’t sure what facial you want/need, that is perfectly okay! When you arrive 20 minutes early to your appointment you will fill out a client history form that is combined with a skin analysis to help determine what spa services would best fit you.
We do request that for you safety, you disclose any medical conditions you may have, or if you’re pregnant. Please also let our staff know if you have any allergies or sensitivities, so we are able to provide you with the best spa services possible.

Shaving before a treatment depends on what spa services you are booked for. Shaving is highly recommended before spa services, except for waxing, but it is not necessary. Men, if you choose to shave prior to a facial, be sure to do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment with our facials Rock Hill SC team.
